Who are the Cornwall Park Trustees

The Cornwall Park Trust Board are a group of unaccountable unelected individuals. The Chair is Adrienne Young-Cooper who holds and has held a number of Government and Council roles. Keith Smith, is a long time trustee and company director was called out by the Shareholder’s Association for having too many board appoointments. John Duncan is a director of Kaianga Ora ( Housing NZ) and was on the Board when the Chair was on it. Recently Alistair Carruthers, who started Homeland restaurant with his partner Peter Gordon, was invited to join the Trust Board.
